My background spans more than 25 years in shipping, cargo operations and commercial execution.
I started in ship agency in 2000 and spent more than nine years as Loading Master and Cargo Operations Manager at the vessel–terminal interface. From 2016, my work increasingly included commercial-contract responsibility for live maritime and cargo agreements while I continued undertaking operational field assignments.
I now work independently from Ho Chi Minh City, reconstructing complex maritime and cargo execution matters from operational evidence, contractual documents and contemporaneous correspondence.
I built Contract Breakpoint for one specific pre-signature problem: identifying where an execution-sensitive commercial agreement may fail to preserve contractual protection when operational conditions move.
I also publish Execution Notes: editorial analysis of public operational events where execution conditions and commercial or contractual structure stop moving together.
